Christmas: Traditions and Family

        Christmas is the time of year for giving. Most families have tradions for this magical holiday. My family celebrates Christmas every year. We have some weird traditions, so prepare yourself. We start around December 13 and pick out a Christmas tree. We bring it home and put it in the garage for about a day. Then we take it out of the garage and put out on are front lawn. Then we wait for an hour while my mom thinks of a place to put the tree. She'll find a place for it, then change her mind, then find a new place for it. After about one hour she finds a place for it. After we cut the tree in the room, we start to decorate it. After we are done decorating the tree, one of the kids put either the angle or the spear on the top of the tree, and that’s only about the tree.On Christmas Eve we invite the entire family over and hang out at our house and party till about 9 o'clock. After that we watch the National Lampoons Christmas Vacation or Blazing Sattles. Then after the movie we hang out some more then head up to bed. Then after 20 minutes I can't sleep, so I would go down stairs talk to my mom then go to bed and fall asleep. ZZZ....On Christmas morning mom and dad would walk up and tell us to stay up stairs for about ten minutes. The after the suspense call us down stairs. I would look at the presents and pretended to faint like every year. The after presents we would go to my aunt’s house to have the rest of my family's Christmas. Then I go to bed then I can’t sleep because I want to stay up all night to play with my toys. Then after about a week we take the Christmas tree out and burn it to the ground. Those are my Christmas traditions. Live long and prosper.

Social bookmarking is a good tool to use. It lets us show are favorite web sites to all of our freinds and relatives, so we don't have to wright down the URL and make are hand cramp. It also lets us bookmark are favorite websites so the are easy to get to and they all are in one place, so you don't have to go all over the internet to find one single video or post. It makes life a lot easier. This is a very use full tool for people working on projects. Let me explane, it lets you go on to other peoples librays to find things on just about anything, but I have some bad news about it. It is only sites you want and none you don't. Wait a minuite, that was good news. Well I guess there is no bad news. Well, I think that this will be useful for not just me but for everyone to find info a lot easier. RSS Feeds: Things You Need to Know

A Really Simple Syndication, or RSS for short, is a website on a computer where it lets you follow your favorite sites on one web site. It is a lot better than the old way. In the old way you had to go to each web site and find the new info on that web site. In the new way the info is posted on the RSS website so you can get the new information now and you don't have to run around the internet to find each of the web sites you want to read. All you do is go to a website and hit the subscribe button and thats it. Yes, it is that easy. This is a tool that is usefull for the average worker who wants to know info right here and right now. This tool is very useful because you don't have to go all over the internet to find two rows of info. Thats how usefull RSS feeds are. Live long and prosper.

 

Technology and Me...

          In my life I use technology every day. Everything but the ground, the sky,and our body's is technology. In the morning I use an alarm clock to wake up. I use a TV to watch cartoons. I ride the bus to get to school. I use computers in school. I ride in a car to go to the store. I use a cart to load up on sweets and goodies at the store. I use my cell phone to call my mom. I use the furnice to heat up the house. I use a clock to look at the time. See everything you do invovles tecnology. It is a great thing, but it can also lead to your doom, Nuclear bombs, hydrogen bombs, guns, and knifes can all kill you. So as long as you use it wisely then no harm can come from it.
